
AEIAR serves the public interest, and it does not pursue any economic objectives.
AEIAR’s mission and objectives are the support of its members for:
- upgrading agricultural structures
- taking measures for the rural areas’ development and the protection of sustainable use of agriculture land
These objectives are achieved by:
- exchanging information and experiences on technical instruments for rural areas’ development in support to agricultural structures and businesses: land consolidation, land banking, farmland legislations, local and regional development, the protection of natural resources;
- supporting the cooperation between members to develop common projects within the European Union and/or for the benefit of third-party countries;
- representing the members’ common interests towards European Union institutions and other international institutions
